How does the ESGRP work?

The ESGRP is vendor-sponsored, meaning that Troxell's vendor partners have complete authority to decide which products are featured on the ESGRP, how long those products will be available through the ESGRP, and what rebate amounts will be earned for purchasing ESGRP-eligible products. Troxell is the 'middle man'. We handle all administration related to the purchase transaction, we generate reports for the participating vendors and customers, and we cut and distribute the rebate checks.

Do I have to use the rebate on future purchases from Troxell?

No. This is not a ‘redeemable rebate’ program, nor is it a discount program for future purchases from Troxell. Your school or district will receive an actual check from Troxell detailing the rebate(s) earned on the product(s) you organization has purchased through the program. The check can then be deposited in the fund your Grant Administrator has pre-designated to receive the rebate, giving your school or district the autonomy to decide how, when and where the money is utilized.

Does the rebate have an effect on my purchase price?

Rebate amounts available on ESGRP-designated products are separate from any other available discounts and do not impact the purchase price of any product.

How do I know what products are available through the ESGRP?

All ESGRP-eligible products are denoted with the ESGRP logo on our web site as well as in our Promotional Catalog.

If I previously bought products that are now available through the ESGRP, can I still get the rebate?

No. Unfortunately we cannot track the rebates retroactively. Rebate checks will only be issued to participating schools on previously invoiced items for which remittance has been received by Troxell Communications. Rebates are earned only on ESGRP-eligible products that have been ordered during their specified effective dates as designated by the manufacturer.

Do I have to submit a grant proposal or program application?

No. Just contact your Troxell Account Executive to enroll. That’s it!

Am I competing with other schools to receive ESGRP money?

No. The ESGRP is available to any publicly funded not-for-profit educational facility. Any accredited public or private scholastic institution may participate including K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.

Can the rebate check be sent directly to me?

Yes. Upon enrolling you must designate a Grant Administrator to whom the check will be sent. If you are the Grant Administrator, the check will be sent to your attention. You must also include the name and address of the fund where the check will be deposited. Troxell will only accept ESGRP enrollment from schools able to designate a specific fund within their organization capable of accepting monetary donations. Troxell verifies this information before finalizing your enrollment in the ESGRP.

Is there a limit to how much my school or district can earn through the ESGRP?

No. There is no limit to the amount of rebate money your organization can earn.

Why does Troxell required that I keep our school's contact list updated? Do you sell this information?

No. We don’t sell or publish your organization’s contact information. We ask you to maintain your school’s Contacts List on trox.com to show our vendors the superior buying power contained in our database. Bigger buying power equals better pricing for you! (Customers can provide our IT department an Excel spreadsheet containing contact information to be uploaded.)
