Troxell Communications is known for our commitment to customer service and we are looking for an exceptional individual to answer incoming calls from our customers who need assistance. In this position, you will research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, mail, and e-mail. You will also work closely with internal departments and vendors to resolve customer issues regarding purchased product. There is no selling involved with this position. Hours are Monday – Friday, 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm depending on availability Successful candidates should possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
